Spinach – avocado dip

1 large bowl - 5 minutes of preparation

Ingredients

The juice of 1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
1 avocado
One or two handfuls of spinach leaves
A handful of fresh basil
3 or 4 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a powerful blender et voila! Keep it for 2 days in the fridge.

The extra tip: serve it as an aperitif with crackers or with raw vegetables. Substitute rucola or kale for the spinach, it also works!
